Editorial Review:
With such daring new songs as "Twisted Transistor," "Politics," and "Love Song" among others, it's clear that KoRn--Jonathan Davis, James "Munky" Shaffer, Fieldy and David Silveria--have opened the doors to even more creativity and disarray. And no one does "disarray" like KoRn. The result is the most revolutionary KoRn album since their debut, a barb-wired, bastard son of blinding musical fury, dark and twisted lyrical candor, and searing, sociopathic tendencies. It's the culmination of everything KoRn have come to represent musically, morphed with an industrial-strength alter ego that's been suppressed--until now. "See You On The Other Side" is more than the evolution of KoRn--it's an evolution of heavy.

Description of See You on the Other Side:
On its seventh album--and first without founding member Brian "Head" Welch--Korn makes a few changes and gets on with proving that it's still a viable force within the world of heavy rock. The venerable veterans lean on outside help from the songwriting team of the Matrix and producer Atticus Ross (Nine Inch Nails). The end result is that this is a big change for Korn and one that will garner large shares of message board controversy on wether this album is more industrial than nĂ¼. The band is at its deftest on "Getting Off," "Politics" and "Coming Undone," which highlight the industrial bend. Stalwart fans need not worry for "Liar" and "For No One" remain in lock-step with classic Korn. One need not listen to the full hour-plus to discover flaws. Its center becomes weighed down with bland mid-tempo numbers and the final song detracts from the powerhouse close the record might have had they ended with "Interlude #3/I've Seen It All." Still, Korn has demonstrated that it's capable of weathering the storm and emerging with an album that will carry them onward. -- Jedd Beaudoin

See You on the Other Side Reviews:
Great to listen to. 5 Star Review
2008-04-27 - Just pop it in the cd player and it's Korn the way it's meant to be.

The 'Sybil' of the band's career 4 Star Review
2008-04-18 - Korn experiments, and that's a cool thing...HOWEVER it's to the point where they have almost multiple personalities and it's getting hard to identify with the band....revolving band members, revolving genres from song to song....YET they still make it work. Very good songs on here...just don't base liking the CD off what you heard on the debut.
I'd recomend the Fozzy All That Remains Reloaded as well for an amazing CD, with alot more old school Korn riffsAll That Remains Reloaded (W/Dvd)

rock amania 4 Star Review
2008-04-02 - this album was great but some songs was kinda weird if you listen closley but other than that this album was hardcore.

Korn is Slowly Diminishing This album Proves it 3 Star Review
2008-03-14 - I have been an avid korn listener for years. Their Music is great. Korn has gone very mainstream and now I believe that they do not like making music that talks of sex, drugs and good old rock and roll. Korn used to mean something man. Getting all your hatred out. Songs of 3 day speed binges. Songs of killing and other stuff that made korn unique. Now with See You on the Other Side. They are talking about Politics and other dumb crap. Dont even get me started on how bad korn is selling out with Ballsville. Korn needs to go back to the basics. Back to the anger hate and frustration. They need to slap these fake listeners in the face and make them say "Wow tho are these freaks". I Love korn and think their the greatest band around. If Youre getting in to korn kids all I have to say is start all the way back from 1994. All the cds from 1994 to 2003 are really tight. See you on the other side is okay i guess but if you want the true korn. Older the better.

more like 3 3/4 3 Star Review
2007-12-24 - twisted transistor 4/5 really good song. in my opinion it would have been WAYYYY better if it was not played to death on the radio. The best single from THIS album.
