Description of Korn Live On The Other Side:
The best part about watching a filmed Korn show, in all of its hideously over-produced glory, is being given the chance to see just how much Korn fans worship this nü-metal band. Kids with Korn tattoos and multiple piercings hurl themselves not only into mosh pits but also towards the camera lens. Live On the Other Side documents Korn's performance at the Hammerstein Ballroom, where they perform Korn hits as well as hopped-up covers of Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in the Wall," "Goodbye Cruel World," and a Metallica tune. Wide-shots of the concert hall give the film arena-rock presence, and pans of the audience moshing in hurricane-like swirls around the dance floor recreate the ambience that attendees must have experienced. Like many good music films, Live On the Other Side offers more than concert footage, which eventually drags on. In the mini-documentary, "See You On The Other Side," a select few international Korn contest winners get to ride from London to Newark with Korn in Korn Airforce One, their private jet. In "See Who's On the Other Side," interviews with band members and the tour's production crew, from the sound guy to the lighting engineer, show the complexities of large-scale touring. Live On the Other Side can be viewed in Dolby or in Surround Sound, and the disc also offers subtitles in French and Spanish. --Trinie Dalton

Korn Live On The Other Side Reviews:
A decent live DVD, but earlier releases have been better 3 Star Review
2009-11-30 - This DVD captures the band after the exit of Brian "Head" Welch. The hits are presented, along with selections from their "See You On The Other Side" release. Special features include a performance on an airplane with fans in tow. Interesting idea, but the drowned out, weak sound just kills the songs. Their previous live DVD "Live", which was performed on the release of their "Untouchables" CD, does a better job at capturing the real power of the band. Overall, the essence of KoRn is intact with Jonathon, Munky and Fieldy but you feel the void left from "Head" on this DVD.

Piece of crap! It does not work! 1 Star Review
2009-10-09 - I'm very disapointed with this product. First of all, the cover meterial is pretty bad, seems so fragile. Second and the more important, it doesn't work! I have 4 blu-ray movies and 6 blu-ray games and it never happened to me! I've put it on the PS3 console and the screen stayed black and after some seconds, the system delivered me a error message with a sequel of numbers (I don't remember right now which were).

So I recommend you to don't buy this product!

Remember that music Y'All Want a Single? That says: "I think it's time to pay for everything you made me say". So Korn, I've payed what you want, but where is my show?

    Excellent DVD!!! 5 Star Review
2009-07-18 - I am a guy that watches a lot of concert DVDs and I have to say that this is one of my favorites I have seen. The sound and video quality is just incredible and you really do get that concert feel. I think the best thing about this concert is that is basically their "best of" collection, at least to the general audience. Of course there were some songs that were left out that die hard fans would have liked to have heard, but I am overall impressed with this. I think there wasn't a time when I wasn't dancing in my living room with the volume practically full blast! You just can't keep still watching it. It is a really fun thing to have in your collection, especially if you are a fan!

Great Live Show 4 Star Review
2008-09-25 - I have never purchased a live music DVD before and I am glad this was my first. I wanted a band that was going to bring non-stop energy through out the show and aside from playing all my old favorites, the crowd was electric. You can put this in your player, crank up the tunes and rock out. Recommended.

    aewsome 5 Star Review
    2007-01-17 - best # 1 video i think i ever bought. i'm not worthy of such greatness.
