TV Guide Looks at Chistmas Reviews:
    VERY Disappointing 1 Star Review
2009-01-07 - With fifty years of TV behind it, this is the best TV Guide could do? A compilation of Christmas cartoons that are on every year. Frosty the Snowman, Charlie Brown's Christmas, Grinch, Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, etc. Where are the clips from the classic variety shows? Not here. Mine went into the garbage can after one viewing it was that bad. I gave it one star for quality. ZERO stars for content.

A Wonderful Holiday Flashback 5 Star Review
2008-12-02 - With Hollywood sweetie Lea Thompson doing a first-class hosting job, this TV Guide Looks at Christmas DVD will make you smile and fill you with warm holiday feelings.

The show includes historical looks at the origins of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, the Grinch and Charlie Brown's Gang, among others.

There are also film clips from the Brady Bunch, Cheers, Frasier and the Odd Couple.

And what Christmas compilation would be complete without nostalgic looks at White Christmas, It's a Wonderful Life and Miracle on 34th Street?

Bing Crosby, whose name has long been synonymous with thoughts of the Christmas season, receives special mention in this wonderful presentation.

This DVD boasts excellent sound and picture quality and has only one flaw -- it's TOO SHORT! The program runs 45 minutes and leaves you wanting more.
