Editorial Review:
Full title - Science Of Selling Yourself Short (My Own Worst Enemy). Taken from the 2003 album 'Anthem'. The title track is backed with two non-LP tracks, 'Sobriety Is A Serious Business & Business Isn't So Good' & 'The Ghosts Of You & Me' (Live). Sire.
Science of Selling Yourself Reviews:
For the Semi-Fan, GREAT
2006-05-20 - I didn't listen to Less Than Jake before i heard "The Science Of Selling Yourself Short (My Own Worst Enemy", and that was one of the BEST songs i'd ever heard. i had to find a cd that had that on it, but i didn't want to get Anthem, since i'm not a huge fan or anything. Then i saw this and got it for the low price in the Amazon Marketplace. Great way to go.
Seriously, this is just a great cd. I know hardcore fans won't think so, but i agree with the other reviewers...if you like this type of stuff and don't mind shelling out a small amount of cash, this is awesome. The other 2 songs, "Sobriety Is A Serious Business...." (short but good song) and "The Ghosts Of You And Me (Live)" (awesome stuff) just enhance this cd. For the semi-fan, you get a different taste of them than on the other poppier song. It's just ska with a pop-rock edge. This band rockssss...highly recommended!! =)
Cool CD
2006-02-27 - This has three really good songs on it. The Science of Selling Yourself Short is my favorite Less Than Jake song of all time. Sobriety is a Serious Business... is a cool song off of B is for B-sides. The Ghosts of You and Me is another great song from Anthem.
