I already owned these 3 CD's years before this came out but since I am a Mariah collector and she is my favorite singer of all time, I had to get it! Plus, it's such a better bargain to get these 3 in a collection than buying them separately!! Mariah's voice truly soars and any Mariah fan must have these Mariah CD's.
My Favorites are:
Hero-My all time favorite Mariah song because of the powerful message!
Till The End Of Time-Truly an epic ballad if ever I heard one!
Can't Let Go-Such a wonderful ballad that was actually the first song to introduce me to this incredible singer!!
All I Ever Wanted-the most romantic ballad I ever heard, so beautiful and Mariah's voice is breathtaking!!
Anytime You Need A Friend-I love this with the choir, it makes me feel like I'm in Church whenever I hear it, and love Mariah's high note at the end!!
Without You-Mariah's remake tops every other version, it's an incredible ballad!!
Make It Happen-Love the bold vocals at the end, such a cool upbeat song!!
Vision Of Love-Mariah's very first song and I love how this beautiful ballad has this hauntingly, incredible intro!
I Don't Wanna Cry-My all time favorite ballad from Mariah's debut album, such an emotional ballad!!
So Blessed-This ballad sounds so much like a lullaby musically and it's so incredible and I love Mariah's vocals!
If It's Over-This slow song sounds so Gospel and I love it!!
And You Don't Remember-An incredibly emotional ballad and I love how Mariah's voice echos on the song!!
Dreamlover-Another uptempo song that I can't help singing along and dancing to everytime I hear it!!
Emotions-Mariah's glass shattering notes can be heard throughout this whole uptempo song and I love it!! She is so incredible!!
Vanishing-One of Mariah's best vocal performances, just Mariah and a piano and CAN she sing!!!
Music Box-I love the sound of a music box playing throughout this slow ballad and Mariah's vocals shine here!!
The Wind-You actually get to hear the sound of wind in this song and I love how it sounds very Jazz!! I actually feel like I'm in a very intimate Jazz club whenever I hear it because musically and vocally, it has this total Jazz sound to it.
As you can see, I love so much, I love everything from Mariah, every single song in this whole collection is totally breathtaking!! Mariah must have been sent from up above to sing to the world because she truly has the voice of an angel!!!
Mariah at her best!!
2002-12-26 - This 3 albums are definetly worth the money! These albums showcase her stunning voice and great lyrics when Mariah dominated the 90's. It's no wonder these 3 albums have sold over 50 million copies worldwide!!!

2002-06-17 - Thank goodness that Mariah Carey moved on from safe,middle-of-the road dreck like this instead more intresting,slinkier material.This 3-CD set is filled with the pablum that we loved to hate.Mariah has a beautiful voice but tired,flat ballads like "I Don't Wanna Cry","Hero",and the like don't compliment it.

2001-12-31 - I am a huge fan of mariah carey but i could never find the first 3 cds. This is such an awesome awesome set! Everyone should have a copy!!
First Three
2001-10-27 - I love that Sony re-released Miss Carey's first three albums, but I hate the fact that they're doing it only after she left them to go to Virgin. Though I wish they would've put a couple of her bonus tracks on Music Box (i.e.-Slipping Away & Everything Fades Away), it's still a good combo. The best songs (released and not) are:

Finally, on Music Box, I love every song on it, but 'Music Box'; 'Hero'; & 'Just To Hold You Once Again' are by far the stand out songs.
If you don't already have these CD's, you NEED to get them! As you can see, 25 (out of 31) songs are classics. Or at least in my opinion they are.
