Disposible Teens, Pt. 1 Track Listing:
1. Disposable Teens
2. Working Class Hero
3. Diamonds and Pollen

Editorial Review:
The first single from 'Holy Wood (In The Shadow Of The Valley Of Death)', the 2000 album by the controversial shock rocker that features cover art guaranteed to offend believers inChristian religions and aficionados of Renaissance art (a painting of a crucified Manson complete with a crown of thorns atop his head that looks like a very bastardized Raphael fresco. Described as 'the crunchy cousin of (Manson's earlier hit) 'The Beautiful People'. No U.S. single is scheduled and the first part of this import disc is backed with two previously unreleased non-album tracks, 'Mummy Dear' and a cover of John Lennon's 'Working Class Hero'.

Disposible Teens, Pt. 1 Reviews:
A great way to kick off the new album 5 Star Review
2000-12-16 - This is the first single from Holy Wood and it was a wise choice. Disposable Teens is a kick-a** song and it has two great b-sides. Working Class Hero, originally a John Lennon song, is done so well even Mr. Lennon himself would praise Manson. Diamonds And Pollen sounds like an outtake from the Mechanical Animals sessions (due to its lyrics about Coma White). It's truely an unusual song though, a lot of weird sound effects and instrumentation. Manson usually doesn't have real b-sides on his singles, so this is a big first. This is a true great single, and a great preview of Holy Wood. Also check out Disposable Teens Pt. 2 which has a great version of Five To One by The Doors.

WOW 5 Star Review
2000-11-16 - What can I say. This isn't MM at his best, because I personally prefer 'dried up, tied up and dead to the world', but this is still perfect. It has gothicism and teen angst all roled into one. A great buy for even those who don't like gothic music!

Disposable Teens Single 4 Star Review
2000-11-16 - If you are a big fan of manson and his wonderful singing voice, there s a great chance that you will like this CD of the 2 CD collection for the "Disposable Teens" singles. This first CD starts out with the popular song "Disposable Teens", first heard on the radio, then Blair Witch 2:Book of Shadows, and then found in Mansons newest album, Holy Wood. If you haven't heard Disposable Teens, this is a good way to check it out. You also get 2 unreleased marilyn manson songs, "working class hero" (john lennon", and "diamonds and pollen". Unreleased songs are normally rare, and fun to get of course. But if you are just a fan of the manson style, i recommend not getting this CD because of the other 2 songs (covers basically). But if you are a true manson fan, and love any song that comes out of his mouth, you will like hearing the different way that he sings these other 2 unreleased tracks, and I recommend purchasing this rare import, because it will be hard to find anywhere else.
