What's the 411? Remix Reviews:
R&B 5 Star Review
2009-09-19 - This is another one of mary's best records. I recommend this to anyone who loves mary and add it to your collection.

Mary In Tha Mix 5 Star Review
2009-07-22 - It's cool they remixed every song from mary's best album What's the 411, including the leave a message intro, with new answering machine messages! The standout remixes are "Real Love" and "Luv No Limit". I didn't know these mixes are the same ones I had on vinyl. Most of my records were stolen so it's cool to have these mixes on cd now. You can play this cd from beggining to end, it flows that way although some of the mixes could have had better beats, but this cd has that unmistakable early 90's hip hop sound that is a joy to listen to because of all the good memories of that era. This is one of mary's best cds, where she got her start as the queen of hip hop! BTW "can a brother borrow a pack of hot dogs?" what's that mean, I think I know.....

The 411 on these remixes (4 and 1/stars) 5 Star Review
2009-02-05 - This remix album is not as bad as these pop music fanatics are making it seem. I remember having fond memories of this album when it was out. It was a nice companion piece for What's The 411. The complaint about the DJ intros is stupid because Hip Hop and R&B ran harmonious together and not as divided as they are now.

Tracks like My Love(feat Heavy D), Real Love(feat Notorious Big), Reminisce(feat CL Smooth), I Don't Want To Do Anything(feat K-Ci Hailey) are excellent tracks that stand out and remind you why we all fell in love with Mary J Blige in the first place. Sweet Thing, Changes I've Been Through, You Remind Me, What's The 411 and Love No Limit are pretty good remix tracks that give this album replay value. The only questionable track is the remix to You Dont Have To Worry feat Craig Mack. That track will never be better than the original that was off of the Who's The Man soundtrack. Other than that this album is slammin and is recommended to any MJB fans.

Standouts: MY LOVE, REAL LOVE(my favorite), REMINISCE, SWEET THING, LOVE NO LIMIT, YOU REMIND ME, I DON'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING ELSE and WHAT'S THE 411.

Oh no...... 2 Star Review
2008-05-15 - Thought it would be a nice twist to the oldies, but I'll stick to the originals.. Will be at CD Warehouse to sell this one asap.

MJB at her best ! 5 Star Review
2007-07-04 - Love my MJB ! I had this CD a long time ago, but it got lost, or stollen, or damaged.. replacing it and listening to again is just great joy! I am so glad I got this to add to my MJB collection again ! MJB is the queen of hip hop, soulfull sounds !
