Editorial Review:
ENDGAME is the follow-up to the critcally acclaimed return to form United Abominations. The album, produced by Andy Sneap and Dave Mustaine, has been hailed as one of the band's best albums in over a decade. The album includes trash anthems like the first single 'Head Crusher' as well as the politically charged title track.
Endgame Reviews:
Excellent Album!
2009-12-16 - This CD is EXCELLENT. As a true Megadeth fan, I belive this album is the best album since Countdown and in the top 3 overall.
AWESOME ALBUM !!!
2009-12-12 - Awesome teeth grinding music!!! true to form, Dave Mustaine... never letting down, trying to get the word out about The New World Order... resist the change... fight for your rights!!! wakeup, and smell the napalm dust... The New World Order is coming... listen to Megadeth... AND Alex Jones!!! support a free republic!!! make a difference... Good luck humanity !!!
More of the same
2009-12-12 - I was expecting some evolution from the 80s to now. It is not bad,but it just sounds like 50 minutes of flailing guitar rifs and screaming. I am 43 so I lived this before. Even the new one from Kiss sounds nothing like a Disturbed or Godsmack, but is not just like a time warp back to the 70s.

2009-12-09 - Received this CD in a timely manner. However, the case was damaged during shipment. I emailed this seller and in a flash I had a replacement CD. Customer service was top notch and I will order from this seller again.
Megadeth recaptures the magic.
2009-12-08 - You know, at this point all the bands in the big four have stated how they wanted to return to their roots.
Metallica came close but Death Magnetic was ruined by horrible clipping and the production stinks.
Slayer came even closer but once again the clipping and the overall production did not help.
And Anthrax?
We'll see..........
But out of the three so far Megadeth has gotten the closest.
Dave Mustaine has been saying every release has been the best since "Rust".
Well.........they weren't.
So when I heard him say the same thing about "End Game" I figured Dave was just blowing more hot air.
And.............I was wrong.
"End Game" really is THE best thing they've done since "Rust".
Amazing start.
Amazing middle.
Amazing ending.
The musicianship on this disc is stunning.
The technical leads are back and memorable just like the "Hangar 18" days.
The catchy riffs, the hooks, the choruses....it's all here.
My favorite songs would be.....um, all of them. ???
I can't choose just one, every song on this disc smokes.
Not that Megadeth sounds dated.
They DID go back to the old sound but have managed to make it sound totally present, fresh and unique.
And thank you Megadeth for working with Andy Sneap.
I can't hear any clipping, the production is nice and crisp. Every instrument can be heard clearly.
I hope Metallica and Slayer start working with him or another competent producer.
Rubin and Greg Fieldman ruined what are essentially two great releases.
If you were an "old" Megadeth fan like I was and jumped ship after "Risk" then this is the disc for you.
Welcome back Dave and co.
Everyone said it couldn't be done, they were wrong.
Easily Megadeth's best since "Rust". I just hope they can keep up the momentum.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
