Nickleback meets Mutt Lange 
2008-10-28 - Can you pour more sugar over top of this song? Sorry... A long fall from the old days. I can't be too excited about any album that Mutt Lange is producing. Makes we want to play Pour Some Sugar on Me or some other cheesy 80's pop/rock song. Heck, I might even break out a Shania Twain album!
Poppy Nickelback 
2008-10-14 - I really like Nickelback, but this song is pretty top 40...Usually they do pretty well at the songs that don't make the radio...let's see how the rest of the album goes...all I know is that now I get to see them in concert again, and they play a rockin' live show!

This, THIS - is the reason I listen to NICKELBACK. I listen, I reach for the emotion in the music, and to be able to match it to the untreated emotions of disappointment, jagged emotions poking prodding at our motivation. Say it out loud and it is heard and shared...hope.

2008-10-05 - This band's secret dream is to open for Bon Jovi because it is the same "cut my hair and go girley" brand of rock. This is synthetic leather music that is for people who drive a Geo or a motor scooter. Yes, Nickelback now has a song for those that have PMS.
