Good quality 4 Star Review
2009-02-08 - The biggest minus is that this songbook DOES NOT contain Shot in the Dark song. The rest of the book is of good quality.

Great book but not complete... 4 Star Review
2008-01-11 - First of all, I am a big fan of the Stetina Series as he shows you how it's done step by step.

This book has the exact transcriptions of the songs (with the exception of Shot in The Dark as the other reader said, be warned) and the CD with excerpts of the songs played full speed and slowly so you can hear that each solo and riff note by note.

I took away one star because the book excludes parts of some songs, most notably the cool outro in "Bark at the Moon" and the fast part after the solo in "Killer of Giants".

Despite that flaw, it is a great book. Highly recommended.

This book DOES NOT contain "Shot in the Dark" 2 Star Review
2006-03-18 - Contrary to what is written above.

Liked it. 5 Star Review
2006-02-21 - This is a very good book for players who like Ozzy's music and the styles of his guitarist. Note that this book does not show you complete songs but the highlights. The one of the best feature is the CD, they put the guitar on the right side of your stereo and the backup band on the left so you can turn down the guitar and play with the CD, very cool. Also the instruction is great and easy to follow and if you are not a strong reader of tablature (TAB) it has some helpfull definitions in the back. It will be tough for a first time guitar player to buy this and try and keep up, but I wouldn't underestimate the drive of a future guitar hero. Have fun!

Oz & the family 5 Star Review
2005-12-06 - 20+ years ago I learned the solo to Bark at the Moon. Recently my 12-going-on-13 year old son took an interest in vintage Ozzy. I couldn't be happier! I bought this book for him, but when it arrived I found myself obsessed with each page and audio track. It brought back memories of youth, inspiration, and musical bliss! I learned a few songs that have been long forgotten. I learned a few songs that I've never played before. And, I gained the priceless moments of teaching them to my son. Guitar is great! The Oz is great. His choice of guitarists is eternally great.
