A fine return to form for the Ozzman.
2009-12-12 - I figured Ozzy was done. I felt his last two albums were sub-par and I figured dignity was no longer of any concern to him after he embarassed himself week after week on The Osbournes. Thirty years of loyal fandom and he gambled it all for fickle ratings.

I was as surprised as anybody that he still had it in him, especially at this stage in his career. This disc just rocks. I can't believe how well structured these songs are. Black Rain sounds like it came screaming right out of the silver age of rock. Did Ozzy pay Zakk Wylde a lifetime supply of booze to save all the good potential BLS riffs and solos for himself? Man, I'm impressed. Melodies and lyrics are vintage Ozzy. This is pop metal actually done right. One of the best albums of 2007 and Ozzy's best in over fifteen years. His image may have taken a drastic turn at the beginning of the new millenium, but the song remains the same.

2009-08-17 - Im happy that OZZY is still making his awesome solo albums and DIO is fronting Sabbath everything is as it should be. Im looking forward to OZZY's next album as this one was just awesome and I hope when IOMMI wins the lawsuit Ozzy put agains him that Toni changes the name of Heaven And Hell to Black Sabbath. So much great talent mentioned here.

2009-03-10 - I am an Ozzy fan, and though some of what he has done has not been that great, this is a great album. Is it your standard Ozzy Album> Yes and No. He sounds the same, which is great, and the music still has that Zakk sound, but they also have a touch of the Zombie, which is to be expected since Rob and the Ozzman are friends. There is nothing wrong about it either. Some people want that "Classic" Ozzy sound, but this is not 1980, Randy is gone (God rest his Soul) and the times, they are a-changing, so may as well keep up or get out of the way. I for one am thrilled that Ozzy (well, with Sharron probably pushing him a bit) has chosen to keep up with the pack. Ozz and Zakk! Way To Go!

2008-05-28 - awesome the very best ozzy album ever with zakk shredding guitar as always ooohhyeah! rock on! i love his old stuff and i love this album even more. i was lerry when i listened to it at the music store cause it sounded a little strange at first i don't know why. its ozzy and zakk you really cant go wrong. add it to your metal collection now!

2008-04-14 - do money grow on trees?
do record companys think that the fans have a secret printer that they print money on?
i hate that they make these 2 cds set after they make the safe mother earth package that i have and the normal cd booklet, now for the extra tracks the true fans and what i mean by true fans are the fans that pay the artist for his hard work and not download the cd for free.
will hate that they dont have this, but also will think a lot about paying again for just few more songs.
i love ozzy songs but i hate that his making all these best of cds that he made in the last 5 yrs and i hate that his making a milk the cow 2 cds set - i hope that ozzy didnt plan this and that this is just another plan from the company or the wife.
the reason for the 5 stars is that i love the music from the 1st cd i dont know anything about the 2nd cd which is a bonus here i didnt buy it yet
