This show reminds me of my family! 
2009-11-04 - This is without a doubt one of the funniest shows on TV. Each character is so distinct and will probably remind you of somebody in your own family. Unlike most sitcoms, which seem to take really unrealistic characters and throw them into unrealistic situations, Raymond works taking a normal situation and exaggerating it to show the humor. I pull these DVDs out whenever I need a laugh. They're well worth the cost.
Fun of Everyone 
2009-10-22 - I found ELR after seeing Ray on the much funnier King of Queens. Yet this second season really starts to find its way and has many more funny and entertaining moments than boring scenes. I really liked it and watched it 2 X in one year.
It does have numerous scenes suggesting bedroom activity, but otherwise is very kid friendly.
Buy it, own it for 2 years, then sell it.
