  • Editorial Review:
Audrey Hepburn was one of movies best-loved stars, blessed with beauty, talent, an elegant sophistication, and an enduring aura of youthful innocence. As Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF, she spoke for the world's suffering children and families, earning an affection and admiration that only increased with news of her untimely death.

From the star herself we learn of her career, and the family and friendships that were her priority. Directors Billy Wilder, Blake Edwards and Stanley Donen, composer Henry Mancini, actors Gregory Peck, Mel Ferrer, George Peppard and Roger Moore, fashion designer Hubert de Givenchy and others, join Rob Wolders and Sean Ferrer to help complete this loving portrait. With clips from Roman Holiday, Sabrina, War and Peace, Funny Face, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Charade, My Fair Lady, Two for the Road, Robin and Marian and more.

The Hollywood Collection - Audrey Hepburn Remembered Reviews:
Hollywood cover story 4 Star Review
2009-06-03 - General overview without a lot of unique details. Seen it all before. However, Audrey Hepburn is a wonderful subject to visit anytime you get the chance. Try to find the A&E Biography version DVD/VHS.

Wonderful documentary on a great actress 4 Star Review
2009-03-11 - This was a very nice, well put together documentary of Audrey Hepburn. They have so many of the great people who've worked with her and those who were her close companions. It's a really nice insight of the great actress through the eyes of her friends/co-stars. PLUS, there are many interview clips of Audrey Hepburn, herself that I have never seen before. Audrey never really enjoyed talking about her life, but when she started working with UNICEF, Audrey thought it was a good idea to put herself out in the public so attention will be drawn on UNICEF and the countries they've helped.

Though the clips and interviews with these prominent people are rare and genuine, the quality of the sound and picture fall by the way side. For this, one star was taken off of my rating, but other than that, great buy.

Recommended to: Audrey Hepburn fans and Gregory Peck fans.
