Editorial Review:
Legs waxed. Lips glossed. Gun ready. Meet Miss Congeniality [Side A]: Sandra Bullock is Gracie Hart, the tomboyish FBI agent who poses as a beauty contestant to unmask a criminal at the Miss United States pageant...even though her idea of fashion accessories are the cuffs she snaps onto lawbreakers. The cast features Michael Caine as the harried consultant trying to turn this Dirty Harriet into a poised beauty. In Miss Congeniality 2 Armed and Fabulous [Side B], the undercover cover girl is feathered and funny, masquerading as a Las Vegas showgirl to rescue kidnapped friends (Heather Burns and William Shatner). Gracie, crime, casinos, floorshows, even a Vegas pirate ship - they're a sure bet for laughs!
Miss Congeniality / Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous (Double Feature) Reviews:
Sahdra Bullock at her best!!!!
2009-12-04 - Sandra Bullock does a great job as a Beauty Pagent contestant in both of these movies.
great chick flick
2009-10-05 - This movie is a double feature of both the original Miss Congeniality and its sequal, Armed and Dangerous. My 16 year old daughter loves the first one but I have to say the second is my favorite. You can't go wrong Sandra Bullock is funny! You get both movies in this no frills boxed set.
so sweet
2009-04-11 - Sandra is just a great actress that she makes these movies very enjoyable
and almost possible. enjoy the moveies and just chill out. Service was great as usual, never a problem.
Top notch!
2009-03-01 - Great fun to see how the creators tied the sequel to the original Miss Congeniality. Sandra Bullock never fails to produce the characters that let us laugh and cry, and even see ourselves more clearly...
Misleading Aspect Ratio
2009-02-05 - DVD description states "Widescreen"; however, that is for only the 1st movie. The 2nd movie is in horrible full screen/pan & scan. Would have been nice if this had been stated in the Product Details, for I would not have bought the collection.
