2005-03-14 - When You Kiss Me is just one of the few ballads off of Up!...shania's talent is showcased in this particular song.her voice is so soft and touching and really puts soul to this song.u mite wanna consider it for a wedding song..its just one of those songs where you just wanna hold your partner so strong and say to them like the song says "the world just goes away, when you kiss me".
