Shania Rocks This Country!
2009-11-18 - My musical tastes includes the likes of Muse, The Killers etc. I was never really never much of a fan of country music or Shania (just thought a few of her tops hits were catchy). However after watching Live in Chicago Ive been converted and extremely impressed with her musical talent and stage performance. It also doesnt hurt that shes drop dead gorgeous. From start to finish its an incredibly energetic and lively performance. Rarely do you ever see such an artist perform with such natural charm and melody - talent that cannot be taught IMO. She is really something else and deserves all her popularity. Her band also plays every note perfectly, the instruments blend well with her vocals and the chemistry between them is really fun to watch. From an audiophiles perspective I can say that the recording might not be the last word on audio perfection (though still excellent), however the performance overall easily overshadows the cons. One of my favorite DVD concerts and a good demo to show off a HiFi system.

Class act and great music
2009-10-22 - I've always enjoyed Shania's music but it's even better with the show. I really enjoyed the shots of the crowd and the people she brought on the stage - seemed to make it more than just a concert. I will say I wouldn't recommend if you don't have your sound system connected. She states this is her first show after being off for over 3 years and ready to start their tour (back then) but I can't imagine the performance getting ANY better with more practice and the band was just as good as her!

2009-05-09 - this is the best concert of shania twain. The way she sings and moves at the stage is incredible and amazing. Besides, her band is amazing!

Can't get enough
2008-08-30 - My husband and I watch this video all the time! Shania is so much fun to watch and this is the best video we've seen of her!
