best action movie
2009-11-19 - i saw the movie in the theaters and it was outstanding and i bought the video and the movie is still outsanding and i would highley recommened the movie to everyone

2009-11-16 - I didn't see either I or II in theaters, but I relied heavily on the recollection of the theatrical trailers previously viewed. Well, oddly enough, Transformers (I) was for me anyway, easy to follow and the action was evenly paced. However, Transformers (Revenge) was chaotic and so frenzied in its action scenes as to be just about impossible to follow. As good as the special effects were, there was just way too many action sequences, much too loud, and much too fast. A sizeable headache developed about 3/4's of the way into the film, and didn't subside until the following day. To be fair, both discs are of superb quality, and are well worth the price if you are primarily intrigued with "F/X and CG". What ever you do, don't try to watch them back to back without proper meds, or a stiff jolt of something or other.
