2009-01-11 - Great adaptation of the Superman movies shown as a TV series. Clark Kent's life as a teenager is the premise of this TV series. Clark's development as Superman slowly emerges in each episode. It is an excellent dramatic series for both children and adult. Clark struggles with the acceptance of his powers and fitting in with other teenagers in a small-town community. Purchase this DVD set if you want to watch a quality program without the disruption of commercials.

2008-11-19 - We caught a few episodes on reruns and quickly realized we HAD to have the entire set. We've been watching the DVDs to get caught up (have also ordered the remaining available seasons) and will now watch the special features. For Superman lovers, this would make a great gift!

2007-09-10 - I give this two stars instead of one because I really love the show, but check out the prices, people! At the time of this writing, you can get each of the first five seasons for $24 a piece ($24 x 5 = $120) or you can buy this set of the first five seasons for $200. Hmmmmm.
