Editorial Review:
DVD: 05-51363 A Carol Christmas Tori Spelling (Beverly Hills, 90210), William Shatner (Star Trek) and Gary Coleman (Diff’rent Strokes) shine in this light-hearted update of the Dickens classic. Carol Cartman (Spelling) says "Bah, humbug" to the clichés of her fellow talk-show host, Dr. Bob (Shatner), and especially to a live Christmas Eve show her producer has planned. But during a pre-show nap, her late Aunt Marla (Dinah Manoff) takes Carol on a holiday journey, complete with Ghosts of Christmas Past (Coleman) and Present (Shatner again). Soon, this Scrooge-like celebrity is shown the life she should have led, the life she causes others to lead…and the fate that might await her, if she doesn’t show some holiday spirit! Running Time: Approx. 85 Minutes Color/NTSC/Stereo
A Carol Christmas Reviews:
"Love Tori in this..."
2008-08-23 - I have a totally different outlook on Ms. Spelling after seeing her in this wonderful lighthearted movie. Don't really care for actors chosen to play the three ghosts (Gary Coleman!) but she is wonderful!
I have already purchased it and watch it often.
Better Than On TV
2008-08-16 - I saw this on tv and I liked it. A lot more in this than shown on tv
A Carol Christmas
2008-01-23 - I HAVE MANY DIFFERENT THINGS ABOUT CHRISTMAS CAROL. I ALREADY WATCHED A CAROL CHRISTMAS, BUT I AM SAD, BECAUSE IT DIDN'T HAVE THE CLOSED CAPTIONED IN IT. WILLIAM SHATNER WAS VERY GOOD ON THIS.
good and speedy order weill come again
2008-01-02 - Awsome move to have for theis tim of year n came to me in speedy time
Too Much Carol
2007-12-21 - Limp retelling of the Dickens Christmas classic. William Shatner provides the only bright spot as the Ghost of Christmas Present. Tori Spelling proves that, with talent, hard work, and a father who was the most powerful producer in television, anyone can succeed in Hollywood. The rest of the cast is serviceable, but limited by a flat script. Strictly for the pre-teen set or mindset.
