The Lost Tapes: Circa 1989 Reviews:
This is actually pretty good 4 Star Review
2008-05-27 - This is actually pretty good. Overall Tupacs catalog is being destroyed. After his death the first few releases were very good. But the past few haven't been so good. It's like they are over doing it. What made the first few post humous releases so special is that it was still Tupacs music. Unlike the eminem album. Too much Tupac product where nobody appreciates it anymore and its not deemed quality. Afeni should just release his music the way it is remastered instead of changing it so much.

The Beginnings of Tupac Shakur 5 Star Review
2007-08-19 - Tupac Shakur is one the most influential Rappers in Hip Hop and so far he still doesn't show any signs of slowing down even tho he has been dead for 10 years. As the title of this disc implies, this disc contains 2Pacs earlier work, from the times he was still with Digital underground and trying to be known as an MC. If you've listen to his Debut album "2Pacalypse Now" the style of his rapping and the beats are similar on this album. Some of these songs have been released before like the famous "Panther Power" & "The Case of the Misplaced Mic", but remastered. This disc contains only 10 songs, but each one demostrates 2Pacs raw talent even when he was still a rookie. I personally couldn't be happier to have bought this album, Since Afeni Shakur (Tupacs Mother) has pretty much ran out of 2Pacs posthemeous songs and verses, she has decided to go back and release Tupacs early work instead of his after-life work. It has been suspected she would do this but it's a good thing she did. I reccomend you start here and then buy "2pacalypse Now" and his later work if you are a new-coming 2Pac listener so you could learn how he has grown as an MC and a person (Kind Of). As for long time fans, I'm pretty sue you will buy this no matter what and keep on supporting 2Pac. BUY THIS RIGHT AWAY
