2009-10-14 - I bought this movie around ten years ago in one of my trips to NYC, I am from Mexico, and I saw it ones by HBO or other broadcast company, and I liked the effort and commitment of those four black girls, and all their dreams about a different lives, maybe helping her brother to go to College or fixing cars or even trying to obtain more money for their own child.
When I bought that movie, it doesn't has Spanish subtitles, I tried to understand English, but my family not, so this time, when this movie was released again, I'm not waste the opportunity to buy it. Is a great movie, with great actors and good fx. If you like action movies mixed with drama, this movie is for you.

queen latifah stold the show
2009-07-15 - set it off. this is the film that made me really like queen latifah she stold the show on this one, now it's coming to blu-ray with a director's cut can't wait for this one to come out.
