Editorial Review:
Whitney Houston's best live concert performance! The polished and powerful vocal abilities of multi-talented singer, actress, and Grammy winner Whitney Houston are on eminent display in this show-stopping concert performance.
Performing all of her chart-topping hits, from "Greatest Love Of All" to "How Will I Know" and "I Wanna Dance With Somebody," Whitney Houston pulls out all the stops in a smartly choreographed and staged one-night performance.
Whitney Houston Live Reviews:
Do not Buy This DVD
2009-09-06 - This Disc Whitney Houston Live is not a DVD recording it is a poor copy of a VHS recording transferred on to DVD format .
The vision and sound are absolutely shocking and I only played a couple of tracks and packed it up and returned it to Amazon for credit .
I have suggested to Amazon that they print a clear notice on the order sheet that this is not an original DVD recording but a copy of VHS material and then customers can make up their mind if they still want to purchase it .
Illegal Copy
2009-03-13 - This is an unauthorized reproduction of Welcome Home Hero's that aird in the 90's on HBO. There are official releases of this concert on DVD in superior quality and released by HBO and Whitney Houston. Don't Purchase this garbage!!! Its not Authentic.
great concert bad transfer and is incomplete
2009-01-26 - this was a 5 star concert vocally for whitney but the transfer was very poor and they didn't include the full concert. i now have the full version with better sound so i'm happy!
This concert is simply sample of her charming voice
2008-10-21 - Whitney Houston Live her tone of voice and her perfomance in this concert is marvelous... she is The Voice!
Just Awful!!
2008-06-25 - I purchased this DVD, thinking it was a recent concert by Whitney Houston. What we get is the concert from her "I'm Your Baby Tonight" tour and which was rated one of the worst tours of 1991. I wish they would release her Live in South Africa on DVD. Which aired on HBO back in 1994, that was amazing concert and I believe Whitney looked at her best. I don't recommend this DVD to you, unless your a die hard Whitney Houston fan who must own everything.
