Editorial Review:
While Arista in the U.S. is going ahead with the duet 'Could I Have This Kiss Forever' with Enrique Iglesias as the first single from her brand new & first-ever hits collection, Europe has opted for another collaborative cut from the compilation, 'If I Told You That' with George Michael. Thus, no U.S. release exists at all for this import single, which features two versions of the lead track, (Album Version and John ny Douglas Mix) plus the (Album Version) of 'Fine' (another new song from 'The Greatest Hits') as well as the (Dronez Mix) of the #1 title track to her huge 1990 album 'I'm Your Baby Tonight' which isn't included on the UK single. 2000 release. Slimline jewel case.

If I Told You That Reviews:
Music for the 21st century... 5 Star Review
2001-01-18 - Since "Ladies and Gentlemen: The Best of George Michael," I was in complete wonderment of when George Michael would release any hip and fresh music of his own. Well here it is, and I'm excited for him. George Michael is in control of his career, as it is evident in the new CD-SINGLE, "If I Told You That." His voice is smooth and lullabish. I enjoy everything George Michael does in terms of his music. He is superb and extremely beautiful. I cannot wait until the release of a new album, whenever that may be. Kudos to George Michael and new music for the 21st century.

America's scared 4 Star Review
2000-09-30 - Why haven't George Michael's duets with Mary J. Blige ("As") and Whitney Houston ("If I Told You That") been released as singles in America? What are the American record companies so afraid of? Could it be that George is now an out gay man? That's the only reason I can think of. It's this same thinking that keeps the U.S. record companies from releasing Boyzone's Stephen Gately's debut CD, already a big hit in the U.K. What's everyone so afraid of?

miss houston and george PURE MAGIC... 5 Star Review
2000-09-16 - THIS IS THE MUST HAVE CD OF 2000 (REMIX VERSION ARE ON THE WAY). ANY GEORGE OR WHITNEY FAN WILL LOVE BUT STATE SIDE RADIO WILL NOT PLAY IT "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT". SO RUN DON'T WALK AND PICK UP..

So-so duet 3 Star Review
2000-07-08 - They are both excellent singers, but somehow their voices were buried under other sounds, and this song didn't really stand out. It's too bad since George Michael has performed some great duets with other female singers like Aretha Franklin (I Knew You Were Waiting), Jody Watley (Learn To Say NO), and more recently Mary J. Blige (As). I wish they could express voices with their own personality. It sounded as if they wanted their voices to be close to each other's. This song lacks personality, but happy to own it just because I am a big George Michael fan. To be honest, this is the worst duet that I have heard George has done.

George and Whitney go great together. 5 Star Review
