Michael 'Mike' Myers (born May 25, 1963 in Scarborough, Ontario) is a Canadian actor, comedian, screenwriter, and film producer. After a stint on SNL during which he created the Wayne character he subsequently portrayed in two Wayne's World films, he went on to a highly successful movie career which has included three Austin Powers films, a starring turn as 'The Cat in the Hat,' and as the voice of Shrek in the animated movies of the same name.
