Natalie Hershlag (born June 9, 1981), better known under her stage name, Natalie Portman, is an Academy Award-nominated and Golden Globe Award-winning Israeli-American actresshwo first achieved fame as a child star in 'Léon' (AKA 'The Professional'). Although she appeared in films such as 'Heat,' 'Everyone Says I Love You' and 'Beautiful Girls,' her most famous role was as Queen Amidala in the Star Wars prequel trilogy. Since then, she has continued her career with roles in 'Anywhere But Here,' 'Garden State,' 'Closer,' and 'V for Vendetta.'
