Heidi Montag-Pratt Is Not Doing a Fragrance for HSN

Reports surfaced over the weekend that Heidi Montag-Pratt inked a deal to launch a fragrance with HSN. However, an HSN spokesperson tells us a fragrance deal with Montag is pure rumor, and is not happening. The network has no plans to collaborate with the Hills star in the future.
