'N Sync (often stylised *NSYNC) was a five-part American pop boy band, formed in Orlando, Florida which was active from 1995 until the members announced an indefinite hiatus in 2002. The group members were Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Justin Timberlake. Of its members, only Justin Timberlake has gone on to achieve solo success.
